Coffee Update - March 2026

Our Caturra Roja coffee trees are now entering their third year, and we’re thrilled to share this exciting step in our journey. Gordon—now retired and farming full-time—is carefully hand-picking the ripe, red coffee cherries, removing the cascara, and sun-drying the beans to perfection.

With about six pounds of beans nearly ready for roasting, we’re getting closer to our very first taste. This phase has been a labor of love, and we can’t wait to share what’s to come!

Around here, we let the land lead. Our goods are slow-grown, small-batch, and made with heart—because nature doesn't rush, and neither do we.

Whether you came for the citrus, stayed for the honey, or fell in love with the lather—we're just glad you're here.
